Shipping & delivery
How discreet is shipping?
Plain box, no logos, no markings, return address is corporate. Even the customs label uses our parent company name for privacy.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on orders. Expedited (1–2 days) available at checkout. International orders ship in 5–10 business days, duties prepaid.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Canada, UK, Australia, EU. We pay all duties upfront so no surprise charges arrive with your order.
Returns & warranty
What's the return policy?
30 days, full refund, free returns. We accept returns even if used — no condition requirements. Returned items are responsibly recycled.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on all devices. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and material separation. Free repairs or replacement.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email care@lemonvibrator.com with a photo and order number. We ship a replacement same-day usually, with a prepaid return label.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 rated, fully submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and poolside play.
How quiet is the motor?
33–48 dB depending on setting — quieter than a soft conversation. Independently verified by an audiology lab.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity. Fully charges in 90 minutes via USB-C magnetic base.
How do I clean it?
